Tonight two men from out of state are sticking around to spend some time behind bars. Their arrest happened after a routine traffic stop turned into a drug bust.

Earlier today, Indiana State Police arrested 20-year-old Jesse Gaines and 19-year-old Keenan Hutchinson of Middletown, Ohio.

The Two were traveling from Terre Haute on their way back to Ohio, when police pulled them over on I-70 for following too closely. While officers were talking to the occupants in the car, they began acting suspicious, which lead to the officers searching their car.

Officers found over four pounds of marijuana in the truck of their car. The estimated street value for the drugs is around 12 to 16 thousand dollars.

Both Gaines and Hutchinson were taken into custody, and remain in the Putnam County Jail.
