Mike Braun Wins Primary

The 2018 Indiana Primary Election has officially come to a close, the voters have spoken and candidate Mike Braun has been selected as the GOP Candidate to race against Democratic rival Joe Donnelly in November.

There was a a lot of excitement at Mike Braun’s headquarters in Indianapolis on Tuesday night, as supporters were burning the midnight oil mingling and talking to him after this big win in the primary race.

Supporters say felt good about this race all night, from the moment those very first precincts started reporting.

Braun ran his campaign working to set himself apart from his opponents Todd Rokita and Luke Messer, and it looks like that message resonated with voters.

In his campaign, Braun identified himself as a career businessman rather than career politician; which is what he called his opponents.

He did mention them in his speech after his victory, he said he’s hoping they will support him in this campaign moving forward, saying all three of them have the same goal and that is defeating incumbent Joe Donnelly.

He said he knows there’s still a lot of work to be done before November, but he has a plan and says once again he thinks he can win by focusing on his past and his accomplishments in the business sector.

“I think it’s going to be about a guy who’s lived conservatism in the trenches. I was a small business for 17 years, and I’m gonna talk about the American Dream, and how you do things in your own community to make good livelihoods far beyond your employees. And how you do something, I hope that is still the American Dream as opposed to looking to government to solve your problems.” – Mike Braun US Senate Republican Candidate.

On Tuesday night, Luke Messer addressed Braun’s victory, by saying he plans to support Braun’s campaign for the run against Joe Donnelly.
