A former school janitor now knows when he’ll stand trial for child solicitation charges.
Michael Rowe appeared in Vigo County Court on Monday where a judge set his trial date for October.
Rowe faces 10 counts of Child Solicitation and one count of Dissemination of Matter Harmful to Minors.
His charges stem from an undercover investigation in which police created an internet profile for a 13-year-old decoy.
Police say Rowe contacted that profile for sex.
Rowe worked as a janitor at McLean High School in Terre Haute, but has resigned.
He also has a bond reduction hearing in two weeks.
