A judge has ordered a “mental evaluation” for the man accused of raping and killing a young girl in Olney, Illinois.
Glen Ramey’s court–appointed attorney asked for a “determination of competency.”
The attorney has also submitted a previous psychological exam of the suspect that was done in 2012.
Ramey will return to Richland County Court in late January for a status hearing.
He’s accused of the sexual assault and murder of 12-year old Sabrina Stauffenberg.
