TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – A meeting to consider, among other things, a contract with the company that produces the national television show ‘Live PD’ and Terre Haute has been postponed.
Terre Haute Board of Public Works was set to meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday, and on the agenda was an item to consider an agreement between the city of Terre Haute and Big Fish Entertainment, the company that produces ‘Live PD’; however, only two of the five board members were able to attend, meaning there was no quorum to proceed with business.
The Board of Public Works meeting was rescheduled for Thursday.
Terre Haute Police Department had originally scheduled a news conference for Tuesday at 10 a.m. That too was postponed to Thursday afternoon, according to THPD Public Information Officer Ryan Adamson.
‘Live PD’ features police officers and sheriff’s deputies from around the country and shows what happens on their shifts.
Adamson tweeted Friday “We will have some pretty “lively” news to release next week. @LivePdFans #standbyfornews.”
WTWO/WAWV will continue to follow this story and provide the latest developments as they become available.
