HYMERA, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Authorities are looking for a Jasonville man wanted for attempted murder after a shooting in Hymera that seriously injured another man.

It happened Friday night at 603 East Depot Street in Hymera.

Police say 33-year-old Trenton Keller of Jasonville had been shot several times after having a verbal altercation with 33-year-old Dustin L. Turley, also of Jasonville.

According to Sullivan County Sheriff Clark Cottom, early indications are that the shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute.

Witnesses told authorities that Turley ran from the residence into the woodline to the south. Police say he’s still at large.

Keller was taken to Terre Haute Regional Hospital and then airlifted to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Police ask the public to call 911 if they see Turley.
