A man is facing charges after a wreck that seriously injured one person in Parke County.
On Saturday, Parke County Deputies responded to an accident involving a van and an Amish buggy at State Road 59 and State Road 236.
Deputies say the driver of the van, 57-year-old Steve Williams of Rockville, had rear-ended the buggy.
One male in the buggy was airlifted to the hospital.
Deputies say Williams admitted to drinking alcohol. After a field sobriety test and portable breath test, he was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
He was booked into the Parke County Jail on $8,000 bond.
