A man wanted on a warrant for home improvement fraud finds himself behind bars Vermillion County.
On Friday, November 23, police arrested Charles Richardson III in Warren County, on a warrant for multiple charges out of Vermillion County.
Deputies first took interest in Richardson back in September. Richardson was offered $4,300 by a North Vermillion County resident to replace his roof back in the Spring.
The homeowner made the down payment to Richardson, but he never returned to start the work and refused to return the money.
Richardson was arrested by Warren County Deputies and was transported to the Vermillion County Jail. He faces charges of theft and home improvement fraud. His bond is set at $10,000.
