An Evansville man was booked into the Daviess County Security Center Sunday after being arrested for alleged public intoxication and public indecency while boating.
Indiana Conservation Officers reported that Robert Troy McCutcheon, 48, of Evansville, was arrested this past Sunday on West Boggs Creek Reservoir after being stopped for an expired registration. That’s when officers observed the occupants of the boat in the state of nudity. An investigation also determined that McCutcheon showed signs of impairment.
Initial blood draw results showed McCutcheon to have a a .306 BAC. He was arrested without incident and booked into the Daviess County Security Center.
The passenger in the boat, Melissa R. Crane, of Bedford, was also arrested for public intoxication and public indecency.
