Locals utilize virtual reality technology at Vigo County Public Library

TERRE HAUTE, Ind (WTWO/WAWV) — Vigo County Public Library showcased their virtual reality kit during a demonstration event on Saturday.

The library had 40 different games and stimulations for locals to choose from.

Each individual who wanted to play, got ten minutes to try out the stimulations. The stimulations included: Beat Saber, fast food, and Star Wars Droid building.

“People will think of their library when they’re thinking of technology and they say, ‘hey I want to try that. I bet the library has it,” said Bonnie McNair, Tech Team Manager of the Vigo County Public Library.

An individual must be twelve years old to try virtual reality kit.
