VINCENNES, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Three people have been arrested in Vincennes after a joint narcotics investigation into dealing of methamphetamine.

That’s according to Vincennes Police, who said the arrests occurred on the afternoon of Friday, Sep. 15.

Vincennes Detectives along with the Petersburg Police Department partnered in the joint investigation that led to the search of a residence on E. 15th Street.

Police said three people were arrested and preliminarily charged with crimes related to possession and distribution of meth.

The arrests and charges are as follows;

Kevin Grant Kirby

41 years old from Vincennes.

  • Dealing methamphetamine
    • A level 4 felony
  • Possession of methamphetamine
    • A level 6 felony
  • Possession of a schedule III controlled substance
    • A class A misdemeanor
  • Possession of a schedule IV controlled substance
    • A class A misdemeanor
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
    • A class C misdemeanor

Carla R. White

45 years old from Bicknell.

  • Possession of a legend drug
    • A level 6 felony
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
    • A class C misdemeanor

Donald Christopher Long

45 years old from Bicknell.

  • Possession of methamphetamine
    • A level 6 felony
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
    • A class C misdemeanor

Vincennes Police reminded the public that all arrested subjects are innocent until proven guilty in court.
