VINCENNES, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – A Vincennes man was arrested after police found him in possession of approximately 25 grams of methamphetamine.
It happened Monday afternoon when officers were called to Autumn Ridge Lane in Vincennes in reference to a trespassing complaint.
Upon arrival, officers were able to locate the suspect, Jacob Farris, 31. Officers learned he had four active warrants out of Knox County and one active warrant out of Lawrence County, IL.
Farris allegedly fought when officers attempted to detain him. After being secured, Farris was found in possession of the methamphetamine. He is being charged with possession of meth, as well as resisting law enforcement, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
