Vincennes food pantries, small businesses receive COVID relief

VINCENNES, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum on Monday announce the City was awarded a total of $250,000 from the Office of Community and Rural Affairs for continued COVID-19 relief.

According to Yochum, the award will fund $100,000 to local food pantries and $150,000 to small business relief grants.

Funding for the COVID-19 Response Phase 3 program is derived from Indiana’s CARES Act allocation.
