VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Lost Creek Elementary School is having a lot of fun with the Bkind challenge.
It’s an initiative we told you about earlier this week to promote kindness in all Vigo County Schools.
Lost Creek Principal Linda Biggs said the students are excited to take part in the challenge.
On Wednesday, students and staff gathered and spelled out “kind” in the parking lot and the Terre Haute Fire Station 5 was there to help take a picture.

Biggs said this is just one of several things the school is doing this week to celebrate kindness.
“We’ve been able to do several things in our school. On Monday, Leo the Lion, our school mascot, read to all our classes a kind message. Yesterday, we filled out chain links. Every student filled out a chain link of kindness,” Biggs said.

Biggs also noted that the school is grateful to the Terre Haute Fire Department for helping them take their picture.
