VINCENNES, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)– The Lincoln Memorial Bridge is now open and the first phase of construction has been completed three months ahead of schedule.

It’s been closed for most of the year, as crews work to remove decaying stones from the structure. The next phase of construction, will be re-implanting stones so the bridge still has the same historic look, with newer and safer materials. We will continue to follow this story.
