SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — An upcoming vendor show from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at the 4H Fairgrounds in Sullivan, Ind. will help the Sullivan City Pool Project.

The city is working to open a new pool by summer of 2022. At the event, people will be able to do some holiday shopping and browse a variety of vendors.

Additionally, the event will offer raffles for gift certificates and other items donated by local businesses. All proceeds from the event will go toward the pool fund.

Event coordinator Janice Golish said the pool will be great because it will give the kids something to do in Sullivan during the summer.

“Everybody goes out of town,” Golish said. “They go to Vincennes, Plainfield, Robinson. We’ll have it here for the kids. I have little grandkids, they can enjoy it.”
