SHELBURN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — According to Sergeant Matt Ames with the Indiana State Police, a two-vehicle crash Saturday night on US-41 in Shelburn, Ind. sent three people to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Ames said two vehicles were traveling Southbound near the intersection of US Highway 41 and Mill Street when a Jeep driven by 27-year-old Brenda Swearingen of Hymera, Ind. rear-ended a Buick driven by 44-year-old Timothy Griggs of Edwardsport, Ind.

Three adults were sent to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Ames said. Traffic lanes reopened just after 8:00 p.m.
