TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Terre Haute man is in custody after police say he is suspected of firing a gun in Terre Haute.
According to a post on Facebook, the Terre Haute Police Department responded to reports of shots fired at 8:17 p.m. on Monday in the 1600 block of Locust Street.

No one was reported injured in the incident, and witnesses told police the suspect had left the scene in a specific direction, as well as telling police where the suspect lives.
Police would locate Nathan Fallah, 32, of Terre Haute as he attempted to scale a fence in his backyard. He was reportedly taken into custody without incident.
Police also searched Fallah’s residence where they reportedly found additional evidence.
Fallah has reportedly been charged preliminarily with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, as well as possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.
