TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — According to the Duke Energy Power Outage Map, power has been restored after an afternoon outage.
Over four thousand Duke Energy customers in parts of Terre Haute, lost power Monday afternoon. It mainly impacted the downtown area and some neighborhoods, farther north. Duke Energy says a burnt piece of equipment was the cause of the outage.
The outage map shows that power has since been restored.
