TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Terre Haute Fire Department responded to a structure fire on Friday morning in the 1400 block of 6th Avenue.

According to THFD Chief Bill Berry, the report of the fire came in at 9:45 a.m. and noted that the fire was knocked down in less than 5 minutes.

Berry reported a civilian suffered a minor burn to their right hand and said no firefighters were injured. 

The cause of the fire has been ruled undetermined at this time.
