A video, titled “Master Plan: Arts & Entertainment District at The Mill” shows amenities proposed to be built on the property at The Mill. The release states the video shows what organizers want to accomplish through grant funding and partnerships with area businesses. The video includes a hotel, an indoor/outdoor waterpark, a restaurant, and an indoor music venue.
The Mill is inviting residents to complete a survey asking for public opinions about potential developments. Some of the questions include mentions of the indoor music venue and waterpark, as well as questions regarding a “Top Golf type of experience”, an Ice skating rink, and a community green space.
“Since the inception of our company we have always dreamed and planned for continuing development of more than just an amphitheater. Our dream has been to bring quality of life, tourism and arts/entertainment to our community. “
