TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Terre Haute Federal Correctional Facility will hold a hiring event for interested applicants.
According to a release from the correctional facility, the event will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7 at the United States Penitentiary front lobby.
Looking to hire over 71 correctional officers, the position will include a $10,000 or 25% sign-on bonus for correctional officers that are hired. The salary range for the position is $46,495 and $70,679 dollars and does not include shift differential, overtime, and holidays. The release also notes retirement plans, benefits, social security, and 401k options.
