Terre Haute man guilty of intimidation in case involving Red Flag laws

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A jury found a Terre Haute man guilty of intimidation more than a year after he was accused of threatening a healthcare worker.

When Gary Diana was arrested in 2018, local authorities found hundreds of guns and some explosive materials on his property. Under Indiana’s Red Flag law, the weapons were seized.

A sentencing hearing was scheduled for April 13.
