TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Terre Haute’s Air National Guard Wing Chaplain, Kent Lundy, provided a prayer at the United States Senate on Wednesday morning.
Lieutenant Colonel Lundy serves as the Wing Chaplain for the 181st Intelligence Wing in Terre Haute and is a pastor in the United Methodist Church. Lundy has pastored several churches throughout his career in locations like Fort Wayne, Columbia City, and Churubusco.
Having been deployed overseas twice, Lundy has been a member of the Indiana Air National Guard for 16 years, having served 12 as Chaplain with the 122nd Fighter Wing in Fort Wayne and has been on active duty for the last 4 with the 181st Intelligence Wing in Terre Haute.
Lundy was nominated by Senator Todd Young as the Senate’s Guest.
