Former Vigo County School superintendent Danny Tanoos is appealing a judge’s decision to deny a motion to dismiss the charges against him.
The Motion to Appeal was filed Thursday.
Back in October, Tanoos’ lawyers requested the three bribery charges against him be dropped.
Last week, a Marion County judge decided to deny the request.
As we’ve reported, Tanoos is accused of improperly awarding school work contracts in exchange for perks.
The next hearing in his case is set for April 24.
