SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Sullivan Disaster Recovery Center has announced new hours.
Starting on Wednesday, May 17, the disaster center in Sullivan will change its hours of operation.
Designed to help those who have been impacted by the recent deadly tornados that hit the area in late March and early April, recovery specialists from FEMA and the United States Business Administration will be available to assist those impacted by the storms by helping to fill out applications, locating resources, and answering questions.
The Sullivan Disaster Recovery Center is located inside Sullivan City Hall at 110 N. Main Street. The center will now operate under the following schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed
Individuals who live in, or own businesses in, Allen, Benton, Clinton, Grant, Howard, Johnson, Lake, Monroe, Morgan, Owen, Sullivan, and White counties can visit any open recovery Center for help.
