TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — More than 2,000 Terre Haute residents were left without power Thursday after an equipment failure at a substation on Poplar Street, according to Duke Energy representative Rick Burger.
Burger said a crew was sent to the area to fix the issue Thursday afternoon. Power was restored to most residents by 3:30 p.m.
