TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The power is back on after a series of Sunday morning storms plunged more than a thousand Duke Energy customers into darkness in Vigo County.
Crews worked through the morning to get power restored to the impacted customers.
Heavy rain resulted in standing water in many areas this morning, but there were no reports of significant damage from the Sunday morning storms.
