TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Secular Franciscans & Friends will be serving their free monthly breakfast but will soon be upping the frequency of the event to twice a month and introducing new options.
This month’s free breakfast will include sausage gravy and biscuits and will take place from 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. on May 27 at St. Benedict’s Soup Kitchen on 9th and Walnut Streets.
Starting on Saturday, June 10, the Secular Franciscans & Friends will add an additional free monthly breakfast. The additional monthly breakfast will feature pancakes, sausages, strawberries, and whipped cream.
The Secular Franciscans & Friends also noted that all are welcome to come and that free breakfast will be served on Memorial Day weekend.
