GREENE COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Update: Wright has been located and detained according to a release sent by the Greene County Sheriff’s Department Tuesday around 10 p.m.
The Greene County Sheriff is advising residents to be on the lookout for a suspect they say is armed and dangerous.
According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, deputies are asking the public for information regarding the location of Philbert Wright.
Sheriff Dallaire said Wright is wanted in reference to an escape as well as a robbery investigation.
Wright stands 5’7″, and weighs approximately 160 lbs., Sheriff Dallaire said he has brown hair and green eyes.
If located the public is advised not to approach the man, and instead call the Greene County Sheriff’s Department at 812-384-4411, or call 911.
