SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A bridge replacement is expected to close a portion of S.R. 58 near Merom Station for months.
That’s according to INDOT, who said a portion of S.R. 58/ S.R. 63 containing a bridge over Turtle Creek will be closing on or after Monday, November 6.
The closure will allow for a bridge replacement to be done and work is expected to last through the beginning of May 2024.
INDOT’s official detour route is to take U.S. 41 to S.R. 154 to S.R. 63. Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
