ROSEDALE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Rosedale woman was arrested by Parke County Sheriff’s deputies Tuesday after she allegedly broke into a house and stole a girl’s dog.
Briana Kemper, 19, was arrested May 18 after a deputy’s investigation allegedly revealed she had forced her way into a Rosedale home and had taken the dog. Elizabeth Smith, the girl’s mother, called the sheriff’s office around 3 p.m. after noticing her house had been broken into and that her daughter’s dog was missing.
Kemper is facing charges of burglary, theft, residential entry and marijuana and paraphernalia possession. She is currently being held at Parke County Jail with a $15,000 bond.
