PARKE COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A traffic stop in Parke County led to an investigation into possible marijuana dealing at a Rosedale residence.
Benjamin Kemper, 38, of Rosedale was arrested after 14.11 pounds of suspected marijuana, a small amount of methamphetamine and multiple firearms were found at his residence.
Kemper was transported to the Parke County Jail. He is facing charges for dealing marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine
