TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) —The Local Vinyl in Terre Haute will be hosting their second annual Rosebox Arts and Music Festival June 11.
Local vendors will be set up along 13th Street in front of the PARQ building. There will also be live music and a beer garden in the parking lot. Food trucks will also be parked along Maple Avenue. There will be a $5 entry fee at the North and South entry points on 13th Street.
Twelve percent of the proceeds will go towards the 12 Points Revitalization non-profit.
Owner of The Local Vinyl Eleanor Jones said this festival is for all music lovers.
“Even if you’re not a vinyl collector you can support local music by you know showing up and listening to them,” Jones said. “Most of the bands will be playing original songs and you can kind of get to know what’s going on in Terre Haute. We have a ton of musicians locally.”
The festival is from 4 P.M. to 9 P.M. and their very own mascot Chloe, the husky will be there greeting customers, as they come into the shop.
