TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The student-led Rose-Hulman Drama Club, has put on some memorable shows over the years, but this year the students will be putting on spooky performance.

“Frankenstein: A New Musical”, is about Victor Frankenstein who creates a human of his own design that turns out to be a horrifying beast. This musical is a darker retelling of the original Mary Shelley novel.

Tickets prices are $20 for adults, $15 for those under 18, and free for Rose-Hulman students with a valid identification card.

“I think you’ll be thrilled to see the level of performance that we’re all putting on here. I was not expecting this degree of professionalism and excitement and energy at a tech school, but being able to be in it, it feels like the real thing,” Rose-Hulman student Caleb Boutell said.

The show will run Friday through Sunday, April 21-23, at Rose-Hulman`s Hatfield Hall Theater.

Tickets can be purchased at hatfieldhall.com, by calling 812-877-8544, or visiting the Hatfield Hall ticket desk Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
