PARKE COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Roachdale man is facing multiple charges after authorities said he refused a traffic stop while driving a motorcycle and led deputies on a pursuit at speeds reaching more than 100 miles per hour.

Parke County Sheriff’s Deputies attempted to pull over a motorcycle driven by 51-year-old Charles Corbin on US 36 just east of Bellmore. When Corbin eventually stopped, deputies said he “refused verbal commands,” and made threats to authorities.

Corbin was arrested on initial charges of resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving while being a habitual traffic violator and intimidation.
