Parke County arrests include charges on meth, animal neglect

PARKE COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Parke County deputies made meth-related arrests over the weekend, one also involving animal neglect, Sheriff Justin Cole reported Monday.

On Saturday, deputies executing a search warrant outside Rockville found methamphetamine, paraphernalia and two neglected animals. Michael Crawford was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia and outstanding warrants, while Dustin Halfacre was charged with animal neglect.

On Sunday, deputies conducting a traffic stop in Montezuma located an ounce of methamphetamine, 24 grams of marijuana, ecstasy, hydrocodone pills and paraphernalia. Michael Pearlman was charged with dealing methamphetamine and marijuana and possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
