LYONS, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — For the 16th year over 36,000 controllable lights are up for display at Pleasant Grove Farms.

Each string of lights are controlled by the owner to flash or dim to the beat of Christmas music. The display is in Lyons, Ind. and will be up until the beginning of January.

Owner of Pleasant Grove Farms John Cline said this is one of the biggest displays in Indiana and they expect over 5,000 cars this year.

“Started out kinda small. Just a few little things and it’s one of those hobbies that once you get into the hobby you can really go nuts with it. And maybe I’ve gone a little over board with this,” Cline said.

It is free to get in and the owner also encourages people to come early on Christmas because of big crowds.
