The driver of a medical transport vehicle is now facing reckless driving charges in Vermillion County.
According to the sheriff’s department, 55-year-old Bobby Peck was going 94 miles per hour in a 60 mile per hour zone on State Road 63 when he was pulled over.
Peck stated he was transporting patients to an Evansville doctor’s appointment’s and they were running late.
When deputies ran Peck’s driver’s license, it returned as suspended. He also had a lengthy history of suspensions and various other traffic offenses.
