MARSHALL, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — With spring turning into summer, local farmers and vendors are preparing for this year’s Marshall Farmer’s Market starting on June 2.
The Marshall Farmer’s Market announced the schedule for the new season along with the new times that it will be open. Starting June 2, the market will be open from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. every Friday throughout the summer.
The Marshall Farmer’s Market takes place in downtown Marshall at the Courthouse Square at 501 Archer Ave., Marshall IL 62441. The market will wrap up right before the Marshall City Band concert starts at 8:00 p.m. to finish out the season.
The Marshall Farmer’s Market is also bringing back the Historical Walking Tours. The tours will start at 6:30 p.m. on June 9 and continue through to July 28 with tours starting at the Clark County Courthouse Lincoln statue.
