FARMERSBURG, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Farmersburg police arrested a man Sunday on arrest warrant charges including dealing meth and neglect of a dependent out of Vermillion County.

Farmersburg Police Sergeant K.A. Froschauer was told by officials with the Clinton City Police Department on Sunday that a man facing several felony charges in Vermillion County was staying at a residence in Farmersburg. According to a Farmersburg police Facebook post, at around 3:30 p.m. Sunday officers and a K-9 executed the arrest warrant on Emil Street.

Jeffery Lowe, 41, of Universal, Ind., was taken into custody without incident. He was then taken to the Vermillion County Jail where he faces charges of:

-Dealing Methamphetamine +10 grams: Level 2 Felony
-Possession of Methamphetamine: Level 4 Felony
-Neglect of a Dependent: Level 5 Felony
-Neglect of a Dependent: Level 5 Felony
-Felon Carrying a Handgun: Level 5 Felony
-Habitual Traffic Violator: Level 6 Felony
-Carrying a Handgun without a License: A Misdemeanor
