Vermillion County, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) Investigators say a man in the Vermillion County jail faces charges for receiving and distributing illegal photographs of children.

The Vermillion County Sheriff’s Department arrested Craig Neher, 43, in Perrysville.

Police say a several month investigation found Neher distributed the illegal photos through an online app.

He’s also charged with sexual misconduct with a minor.

Neher is being held without bond.

The sheriff’s department says federal charges are also pending.
