BRAZIL, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Locals had the chance to get in the Christmas spirit at the Clay County Fairgrounds.
The Festival of Trees event was presented by St. Vincent Clay Hospital. The event had hopes to raise money for the St. Vincent Clay backpack program and the Clay Youth Food Delivery program.
The festival included food, dueling pianos, a silent auction, and a live auction of decorated trees.
“It’s important because they need to know that anybody can come. It’s for our children and are children are important to us. So, it’s good for the community,” Jamie Brush, Patient Access Supervisor, said.
Festival of Trees has been a fundraising event for sixteen years.
