TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WAWV/WTWO) — Local students, danced the night away for a great cause.

The Riley Dance Marathon was held at Terre Haute North’s main gym. The students raised funds for the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital which is Riley Hospital for Children.

The hospital treats children from the area and provides critical life-saving treatments, and healthcare services for children and their families.

Student Coordinators Allie Kirkhan and Abigail Harrison said it’s all for the children.

“So we can raise money for the kids at Reilly it goes to the pediatric research and we really could impact our life,” Kirkhan said.

“Brings our school together as one and we’re all wanting the same goal tonight and that’s to reach 20 thousand dollars for Riley,” Harrison said.
