TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Over 300 guests joined a local organization to recognize its volunteers and supporters.
United Way of the Wabash Valley’s annual meeting was held at the Terre Haute Convention Center. The purpose of the meeting was to reflect on what the organization has done in the past year and to recognize those who have worked hard for their community.
Attendees also got to learn about how United Way is continuing to improve the community and those attending also learned what’s next for the organization.
“We’re super excited to be really putting out a lot of investments into the community to help those struggling working families in their day to day activities,” said Danielle Isbell, Co-Executive Director of the United Way of the Wabash Valley.
