TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) On Saturday, September 10, local realtors will be working to help pets find their fur-ever homes.
Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group is teaming up with Ollie’s Canine Campus and St. Francis K-9 Rescue to help house 30 dogs.
The event will be at Baesler’s Market from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. 13 dogs will be at the store ready for adoption.
“It’s important that Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group gets out in our community and we show some love and this is how we’re doing it this weekend by helping families adopt pets and helping pets find families,” realtor, Debbie Hill, said.
Finding these dogs homes will allow the rescue to help more animals.
“Right now we’re at capacity so we need to find these dogs homes so we can take in some more that are wandering around that don’t have a home,” Tom Kuhl, Owner of Ollie’s, said.
Ribeye sandwiches will also be sold to raise money for St. Francis Canine Rescue.
