TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Launch Terre Haute is joining forces with the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce as part of a new agreement.
The membership-based collaborative workspace is currently available to all freelance professionals, independent contractors, individuals who work from home, entrepreneurs, start-ups, local and remote companies.
The mission for both organizations will stay the same, and members can expect expanded benefits as well as some additional opportunities. Both boards of directors are pleased to create a business hub that goes a long way in helping the community.
“Launch is a great asset to business and entrepreneurs; we look forward to continuing the work that has already been done,” Chamber President Kristin Craig said.
“The need to consolidate our community’s business development resources and create a ‘business hub’ of sorts was clearly identified in the See You in Terre Haute 2025 Community Plan, released last year. This effort goes a long way in helping our community achieve that goal.”
The current workspace has already been renovated and new amenities are being added such as private work stations, seating areas, and an online conference room reservation system.
Launch Terre Haute is a non-profit organization, located at 619 Cherry St, next to the Deming.
Launch members and business leaders are asked to complete a short survey about services and future needs of the organization.
