VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Riley man charged with numerous counts of child molestation appeared in court Thursday.
William W. Jarvis, is accused of inappropriate touching and sexual abuse toward two girls under the age of 10. Thursday, Jarvis appeared before Judge Charles D. Johnson for a pretrial conference.
During the hearing Jarvis’ initially scheduled jury trial date of August 21 was vacated. A new trial date was set for December 11.
A review hearing in Jarvis’ case is scheduled for November 30.
