KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — An Indianapolis man was reportedly caught driving at speeds of more than 100 mph on U.S. 41 in Knox County.

That’s according to Indiana State Police Sgt. Todd Ringle, who said a trooper pulled over 22-year-old Jacob T. Adams of Indianapolis near Oaktown on U.S. 41 Wednesday evening.

The trooper reportedly clocked Adams’ vehicle traveling at speeds of 109 mph.

Adams was taken to the Knox County Jail on the charge of reckless driving. Jail records show that Adams has since been released after posting a $3,000 bond.
