VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Cayuga man has been arrested on charges of possessing child pornography.

According to Indiana State Police, the investigation began after police received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The investigation led police to a residence on Maple Street in Cayuga where Ray Keller, 51, was placed under arrest.

Keller was then taken to the Fountain County Jail. Keller has been charged with four counts of possession of child pornography, a level 5 felony.

Assisting in this incident were the Vermillion County Sheriff’s Department, Fountain County Sheriff’s Department, and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.
